Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell our Restaurant POS solutions. The candidate will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and closing sales with restaurant owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and social platforms
  • Identify potential clients in the restaurant / FnB industry
  • Pitch and explain POS product features (billing, inventory, reporting, etc.)
  • Conduct product demos (online/offline)
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to convert into sales
  • Maintain CRM data (leads, follow-ups, conversions)
  • Build strong relationships with restaurant owners/managers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication & convincing skills
  • Knowledge of cold calling and lead generation
  • Basic understanding of restaurant operations / POS systems
  • Good negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Business / Marketing / Hospitality (preferred)
  • Knowledge of FnB / SaaS / POS sales is an added advantage
