Role Overview:

As a Sales & Solutioning Trainee, you will be part of a high-impact team driving customer acquisition and engagement. This role goes beyond traditional sales — it blends solutioning, storytelling, GTM thinking, and AI-driven sales approaches.

You will gain hands-on exposure to:

  • Agentic AI in sales and marketing
  • CRM and GTM strategy execution
  • Full-stack sales processes and customer lifecycle management

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social platforms to generate qualified leads
  • Conduct product demos and effectively communicate value propositions tailored to client needs
  • Understand customer pain points and contribute to solutioning discussions
  • Manage and track leads, opportunities, and accounts using CRM tools
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients across the sales cycle
  • Stay updated on industry trends, GTM strategies, and emerging AI-driven sales practices
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams for a seamless GTM execution
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and updates for internal stakeholders
