About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our outbound sales division. This role is built for a hunter who thrives on outbound prospecting, loves working in a collaborative team environment, and is motivated by a direct correlation between hitting targets and earning incentives. You will focus on initiating high-value B2B conversations with global decision-makers for our custom software, IT services, and enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Outbound Campaigns: Execute daily cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to hit predefined weekly and monthly sales-qualified lead (SQL) milestones.
- Social Selling: Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to map enterprise accounts, identify key stakeholders (CEOs, CTOs, Tech Leads), and open sales dialogues.
- Lead Pipeline Ownership: Manage leads from initial discovery through qualification, ensuring clean technical requirement notes before handing off to senior sales engineers.
- Documentation & CRM Discipline: Document client business needs, tech stack requirements, and call summaries inside the CRM system with absolute clarity.
- Pipeline Reporting: Track and report on daily activity metrics, conversion rates, and quota progress to sales leadership.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience:3-4 Years Experience in B2B Inside Sales or Business Development within the IT/Software industry.
- Availability: Ready to work On-site, 5 days a week in an energetic team setting.
- Target-Driven Adaptability: Driven by realistic and clear sales milestones.
- Spoken English & Voice Agility: Flawless spoken English with a natural ability to adapt tone, pacing, and vocabulary to fit international clients (US, UK, Middle East).
- Documentation Skills: Exceptional capability in writing professional business emails and creating structured discovery call summaries.
- Sales Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with:
- Prospecting: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, or similar databases.
- CRM & Tools: HubSpot/Zoho CRM, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and Slack/Zoom.
