Role Description

The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The role involves generating and managing sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the company's business growth. Key responsibilities include effectively engaging with customers, providing insightful product information, and assisting with queries to ensure excellent customer service. The candidate will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and support the overall sales strategy. This is an opportunity to work closely with clients to enhance their understanding of Eye Zenith's specialized services and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation for building and managing a pipeline of prospects.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to connect with clients, address inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
  • Experience in Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or eye care industry is a plus.
  • 0-3 yrs of experience in B2C sales.

Location: Vipul Business Park, Sector:48, Gurgaon (Onsite)

Timings: 10-8 (Monday-Saturday)

Salary: as per company norms
