Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive at ETrav in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet revenue targets.

Roles And Responsibility:

1. Making calls to travel agents to generate leads.

2. Listening To Agent Requirements And Presenting Appropriately To Make A Sale.

3. Ensure quotes are sent to qualified leads.

4. Follow up with travel agents(qualified leads) once quotes are sent.

5. Follow ups for payments before the travel dates.

6. Knowledge of travel industry will be an added advantage.

7. Attending Team Meeting And Sharing Best Practice With Colleagues. Maintains Customer Database By Inputting Customer Profile And Updates, Preparing And Distributing Monthly Reports.

8. Develops A Database Of Qualified Leads Through Referrals, Telephone Canvassing, Cold Calling On Business Owners, Direct Mail, Email, And Networking.

9. Responsible For Sourcing And Developing Client Relationships And Referrals.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Sales Experience (Freshers Can also Apply)
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
