About the Role 

We're Elevatoz Loyalty—a fast-growing B2B platform helping brands build smarter loyalty and engagement programs. We're looking for a sharp inside sales executive who can own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to close. If you've sold to decision-makers, love a consultative approach, and know how to turn cold outreach into a warm pipeline—we want to talk. 

What You'll Do 

  • Identify, qualify, and engage B2B prospects through outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp and LinkedIn 
  • Run discovery calls to understand client needs and map them to Elevatoz solutions. 
  • Own your pipeline—track, follow up, and create engagement for the Business Development Team 
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to sharpen positioning and messaging 
  • Help BDR's hit monthly, quarterly & yearly revenue targets by creating a robust pipeline 
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene  

 

Who You Are 

  • 0-2 years of hands-on inside sales or B2B business development experience 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding inside sales quotas 
  • Strong verbal and written communication—you pitch clearly, follow up well and work on creating & maintaining relationships 
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, sales automation platforms and messaging funnels 
  • Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable managing relationships during long sales cycles 
  • Degree in any discipline — we care about what you've done, not where you studied 

 

 Good to Have 

  • Prior experience selling SaaS, loyalty, or MarTech products 
  • Familiarity with account mapping, clearly communicating value proposition and stakeholder management 
  • Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WhatsApp for Business, Email tools & data mining tools
