Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in end-to-end sales. The candidate should have hands- on experience handling the complete sales cycle in Domestic or International markets, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Location: Chennai

NP: Immediate to 15Days

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Conduct client meetings (virtual/physical) to understand requirements and present company services. Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Delivery) to ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate sales records in CRM.

Handle both Domestic and International clients (if applicable).

Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in handling end-to-end sales process.

Exposure to Domestic or International market sales.

Good understanding of B2B/B2C sales strategies.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
