Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, building and nurturing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include engaging prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting the organization's services, and achieving sales targets. Success in this role requires proactive communication and a commitment to the growth of the organization while helping clients meet their financial education goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Inside Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques with a focus on consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior experience in Ed-Tech or financial services is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
