Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, persuasive, and passionate about achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make back-to-back outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Generate new leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) regularly.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the field sales and marketing teams to support overall business growth.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
  • Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Marketing, Business, or Commerce).
  • 13 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer relationship roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude and team spirit.
