Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Cloud Solutions

Location: Okhla, New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Sales / Cloud Services

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive cloud solution sales, engage new prospects, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers for cloud solutions through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand customer pain points and propose suitable cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, private cloud, hybrid cloud, or sovereign cloud offerings).
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and initial technical discussions in coordination with the pre-sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to convert campaign leads into active opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents as required.
  • Maintain strong follow-up to ensure timely closure of leads and opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • 34 years of inside sales experience (preferably in cloud, IT infrastructure, SaaS, or technology sales).
  • Strong understanding of cloud concepts and solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling cloud services or IT solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, Private Cloud, Sovereign Cloud, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cost optimization, cloud migration, and managed services.
  • Certification or training in cloud technologies (optional but preferred).
