Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Assistant to join our expanding sales team. This role

will focus on driving export-oriented sales initiatives as we grow our international footprint.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong

customer relationships remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead-generation to closing deals over the phone and digital communications
  • Understand customer requirements through effective discovery conversations
  • Recommend appropriate products based on customer needs and specifications
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales while maintaining profit margins
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Zoho CRM
  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers to nurture relationships
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products
  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages
  • Contribute to the company's export growth strategy

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in the furniture,

building materials, or interior design industry

  • Proficiency with Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems
  • Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly learn technical product features
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to address customer concerns effectively
  • Basic understanding of export documentation and procedures (preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmen
