Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Assistant to join our expanding sales team. This role
will focus on driving export-oriented sales initiatives as we grow our international footprint.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong
customer relationships remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead-generation to closing deals over the phone and digital communications
- Understand customer requirements through effective discovery conversations
- Recommend appropriate products based on customer needs and specifications
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales while maintaining profit margins
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Zoho CRM
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to nurture relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages
- Contribute to the company's export growth strategy
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in the furniture,
building materials, or interior design industry
- Proficiency with Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems
- Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly learn technical product features
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to address customer concerns effectively
- Basic understanding of export documentation and procedures (preferred)
