Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result driven Inside Sales Executive with at least 6 months of experience in sales or customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a customer-centric approach to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential customers via calls, messages, and emails
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Convert leads into sales using effective convincing and negotiation skills
- Maintain and update customer data accurately in Excel
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall business growth
- Follow up with prospects to ensure continuous engagement
- Share accurate sales and customer insights with the management team
- Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth client onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Lead Conversion
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Odia
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and respond proactively
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and lead handling
- Good computer skills with attention to data accuracy
