Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, communicating with prospects, providing customer service, and closing sales. The role includes identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, initializing contact, following up on leads, and providing detailed information about Protrainy's offerings.

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Sales abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
