ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage relationships through phone calls, with dentists across India, who are our customers
- Be target-oriented and ensure achievement of monthly targets on a consistent basis
- Develop a good understanding of the products being sold, and ensure effective communication about the same, during calls
- Ensure adherence to all sales processes on a regular basis, to deliver good customer experiences
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Any degree, with 0-2 years experience in inside sales roles
- Sales experience in healthcare or any related industries will be a plus
- Performance track record in delivering on targets consistently
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent time management skills and commitment, to manage daily call numbers, as per plan
- Excellent communication and sales skills, to deliver on targets consistently
- Good problem solving skills, to understand customer requirements and provide apt solutions, to build long-term relationships
