Senior Inside Sales Executive
Location: New Delhi (On-site)
At Boketto, we're building India's first invite-only travel club. We curate premium group experiences for young professionals who want to travel with like-minded strangers. We're looking for a driven sales professional who can convert high-intent leads into bookings while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll do
* Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings through calls and WhatsApp.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable trips.
* Build trust with prospective travellers and confidently handle objections.
* Maintain accurate lead updates in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high conversion rate.
* Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
What we're looking for
* 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, consultative sales, or business development.
* Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
* Proven ability to close deals and consistently achieve sales targets.
* Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
* Comfortable using CRM tools and WhatsApp for customer communication.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-centric.
Bonus points if you have
* Experience selling premium or high-ticket products/services.
* Experience in hospitality, luxury, SaaS, fintech, edtech, D2C, or other customer-facing sales roles.
