We are looking for a relationship-driven and performance-oriented B2B sales professional to manage and grow key institutional accounts. This role demands deep product knowledge, strategic account planning, and the ability to build lasting partnerships across hospitality, real estate, and commercial construction verticals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key B2B institutional accounts across hospitality, real estate, and commercial construction

• Receive, qualify, and prioritise inbound leads from website, social media, live chat, WhatsApp, and call centre

• Conduct high-volume outreach (100+ daily touchpoints) to assess prospect needs, intent, and buying potential

• Convert qualified leads into active accounts through consistent follow-up, relationship-building, and engagement

• Understand client business requirements and recommend the most suitable Ozone product solutions from our 6,000+ SKU portfolio

• Manage the quote-to-order cycle and drive bulk deal closures with institutional buyers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

• Cross-sell and upsell across the full Ozone product range to maximise account value

• Ensure prompt lead response within defined SLA timelines across all communication channels

• Maintain accurate lead, account, and pipeline records in CRM

• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports on conversions, pipeline health, and revenue targets

• Share market feedback and competitor insights with the sales team to inform strategy

• Embrace and apply AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and others) to work smarter — from drafting outreach and summarising client notes to researching accounts and driving process improvements and automation

Skillset & Qualifications Required:

• Any Graduate with a drive to grow within a product-based organisation

• 2+ years in B2B / key account sales, preferably in building materials, hardware, or allied industries

• Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills

• Ability to manage high-volume outreach in a structured office environment

• Sound understanding of institutional sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments

• Working knowledge of Freshworks CRM or similar platforms is a plus

• Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
