Role Description

Tyroo is building an AI-first operating model — agents running sales outreach, client success, enablement, and cross-sell triggers. The Platform PM owns the execution layer: you spec the products, deploy the agents, run the sprints, and instrument the dashboards. You work at the intersection of product management and AI operations. You're not waiting for AI to mature — you're building with it now.

Your operating principle

Every manual process I inherit is a candidate for an agent. Every agent I deploy is a product that needs a spec, an owner, and a success metric.

WHAT YOU OWN

Marketplace product — adoption and instrumentation

The product is built. You own the onboarding flow, usage instrumentation, adoption tracking, and feedback loop. Work with the Platform Team to close 10 paying accounts in H1. Every friction point in the onboarding is a ticket you own.

AI agent toolstack — deploy and operate

Own the end-to-end AI toolstack: select tools, write prompts, configure workflows, track performance. Sales agent (GPT, external tools), CS agent (campaign QBRs, renewal nudges), enablement agent (onboarding flows, training delivery). You run the weekly iteration cycle.

Self-serve AI CS tier — product spec and build

Write the PRD for the self-serve tier. Define account eligibility, agent capability scope, escalation triggers, pricing input. Own the build through to launch. Track net fee contribution delta weekly.

Cross-sell journey — execution

Build the GTM-led cross-sell system: brand registry signal monitoring, opportunity alert logic, AI-drafted outreach sequence. Own the tooling and the data. Feed learnings back to Platform GM for product-led v2.

Brand registry and Pixel

Brand registry v1: data model, partner input process, governance cadence, UI. Pixel standard: integration checklist, QA flow, adoption dashboard. These are your two most important foundational products — everything else depends on them.

GTM platform

Tyroo-owned CRM and deal pipeline. Define stages, data fields, reporting cadence, AI-assist layer. No brand opportunity falls through a gap between partner teams.

12-MONTH DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Month 1–2

•    Brand registry data model and v1 UI live

•    Pixel integration standard published, shared with all partner teams

•    AI sales agent configured and running first sequences — pipeline contribution tracked

•    Marketplace product onboarding instrumented — drop-off points identified

Month 3–4

•    Self-serve AI CS tier PRD written, reviewed, in development

•    Cross-sell signal logic live — brand registry monitored daily, alerts firing to sales

•    GTM pipeline tool live — all partner deals in one system

•    AI CS agent running for first cohort of self-serve accounts

Month 5–12

•    Self-serve tier live, net fee delta measured against managed accounts

•    AI enablement agent running — partner onboarding and internal training fully agent-delivered

•    Marketplace product at 30+ accounts, onboarding friction eliminated

•    All platform ops instrumented — every key metric has an owner, a dashboard, and an agent alert

WHO YOU ARE

•    Experience: 3–5 years in product management — you've owned a product end-to-end, even if small

•    AI fluency: You use AI tools in your daily workflow already — you're not learning, you're extending

•    Craft: You write PRDs that engineers want to build from — crisp, specific, testable acceptance criteria

•    Background: You've worked at a marketplace, B2B SaaS, or adtech company — you understand multi-stakeholder products

•    Mindset: You run discovery before solutioning — you talk to users before writing a spec

•    Operating principle: You treat every manual process as a candidate for automation

•    Drive: You're energised by visible, fast-cycle impact — you like shipping

WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE AT 90 DAYS

•    Partner leads come to you for brand registry questions without being asked

•    The tech lead is never waiting on you — specs are written before they're needed

•    At least one manual process has been replaced by an agent you deployed

•    The Platform GM says you identified something they missed and brought it proactively

•    You're running a weekly platform ops standup that people actually show up to

GROWTH PATH

  • Prove execution at pace and this role expands. In 12–18 months, as the platform matures, you own a full vertical — marketplace brands, AI ops, or the self-serve tier — with a small team under you. The Platform GM is your sponsor. The ceiling is set by what you build, not the org chart.
