Job Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive with strong telesales experience to drive revenue growth through effective lead conversion and client engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Tamil and English and a proven ability to close deals over calls.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Handling & Conversion:Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Follow up on assigned leads and convert them into customers.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Maintain consistent follow-up to improve conversion rates.
Client Relationship Management:Build strong rapport with prospects.
Address customer queries and objections confidently.
Maintain long-term engagement with converted clients.
Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and closures.
Submit daily/weekly sales performance reports.
Ensure CRM data accuracy and hygiene.
Required Skills:Strong telesales experience (mandatory).
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work in a structured sales process environment.
Preferred Background:Experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / EdTech / Training.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
