Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for an Inside Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing leads, maintaining positive relationships with prospective and existing clients, and driving sales to achieve and exceed targets. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential customers, presenting tailored solutions, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational objectives. The role also involves maintaining a high level of customer service satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries, connect with potential customers from company provided leads.
Follow up on leads to drive sales conversion, maintain track record on CRM.
Explain product features and benefits clearly over the phone to prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
Assist in promotional activities and support marketing campaigns when required.

Positive mind, growth mindset, punctual.
Education: Graduation .
Experience: 14 years in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service.
Skills:
o Excellent verbal communication in English (Mandatory), Hindi (Mandatory) and Tamil (Given Priority).
o Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
o Confidence in handling sales conversions over the phone.
o Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
