Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Understand prospects pain points and educate them on appropriate solutions
- Generate leads via direct visits, cold calls, cold emails, and social media outreach
- Attend offline networking, community events, and hearings to develop business opportunities
- Research the market to identify and develop warm leads
- Handle both inbound and outbound leads, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
Customer Qualification & Solution Selling
- Qualify customers to determine product-solution fit
- Deliver live product demonstrations to prospects with strong presentation skills
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products or modules as required
- Follow up consistently to ensure leads are nurtured and converted
CRM & Reporting
- Use CRM tools effectively to track progress, manage leads, and report to management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and pipeline activities
- Focus on meeting daily and weekly revenue and activity targets
