Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Inside Sales Executive. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing. Responsibilities include contacting potential learners, understanding their educational needs, presenting appropriate courses, addressing queries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience. The role requires regular collaboration with the sales team to meet individual and organizational sales targets and maintain accurate records of all communication and transactions.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation processes
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales with the ability to meet targets and handle negotiations
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented approach, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with EdTech or education-related sales (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
