We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, schedule client appointments, build customer relationships, and support business development through outbound calls and digital communication channels.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Schedule appointments through phone, email, and digital channels.
• Conduct outbound calls to introduce company products and services.
• Identify and qualify prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Research target companies and key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Update CRM records and follow up with prospective customers.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
• Prepare daily activity reports and maintain sales records.
  
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6 months–3 years of Inside Sales / Business Development experience preferred.
• Freshers with 0–6 months of internship or work experience.
• Candidates with experience in BPO, customer support, cold calling, or lead generation are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates from BFSI, Logistics, Pharma, Retail, or other industries may apply.
• Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality.
