Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:                                                                                                                   

  • Perform outbound lead generation and prospecting through extensive phone and email communication
  • Call potential B2B clients and setting up of Appointments for our sales team, and ensure each lead is well-qualified
  • Identify appropriate decision makers within target customers organization and understand their business needs.
  • Outbound calling (50-60 calls a day)
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
  • Build the database of leads by using the tools like internet, LinkedIn etc.
  • Team up with Business Development to build pipeline for qualified leads
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years lead generation/inside sales/cold calling experience, preferably business-to-business targeted accounts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization, both written and verbally
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • An aggressive self-starter
  • Delivers and gets stuff done
  • Persistent with issue resolution
  • Unquestioned ethics around doing the right thing for clients, colleagues & company.
