Job Brief:

Inside Sales Engineer to support its sales operations for Baltimore Aircoil products. The role involves close coordination with sales leaders, internal teams, customers, and international manufacturing plants to support pre-sales, proposal preparation, and order execution activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and review RFQs / enquiries and prepare detailed summaries for discussion with sales leads for:

• Evaporative Cooling Towers
• Fluid Coolers
• Evaporative Condensers
• Adiabatic & Dry Coolers

Perform software-based selections and prepare techno-commercial proposals as per project specifications and guidance from senior team members

Maintain accurate and timely records of enquiries, quotations, and orders using MIS systems

Internal coordination with sales, engineering, and operations teams for order execution and delivery timelines

External coordination with manufacturing plants and customer/buyer offices to ensure smooth order execution

Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and provide regular updates to the sales team

Experience in capital equipment inside sales

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work and connect with people

Conversant with AI tools, software, and digital tools for effective day-to-day work

Strong understanding of HVAC, Data Centre, and Industrial markets

Requirements & Qualifications:

B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering

Proven experience in inside sales for products

Strong commitment to learning and self-development through workshops and continuous education

Good communication skills in spoken and written English

Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD

Strong work ethic and commitment
