Role Overview:

We are hiring a demo-driven Inside Sales Specialist who can present, explain, and sell AI solutions via live demos and webinars. This role requires strong communication, technical understanding, and confidence on camera.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct live demos of Voice Bots, Chatbots, and WhatsApp automation

- Deliver webinars and client presentations on camera

- Customize demos across industries (BFSI, Real Estate, E-commerce, etc.)

- Understand client needs and map solutions effectively

- Explain technical concepts (APIs, CRM, SIP, workflows) in simple terms

- Handle objections and support deal closures

- Collaborate with sales and product teams

Mandatory Requirements:

- B.Tech / Engineering degree

- Excellent spoken English and presentation skills

- Comfortable speaking on camera and hosting webinars

- Strong technical aptitude and quick learning ability

Preferred:

- Experience in SaaS / CPaaS / AI / Telecom

- Exposure to chatbots, voice bots, CRM, or WhatsApp API
