Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact between customers and the sales team.
  • Process orders and coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow-up on leads and inquiries.
  • Assist in generating sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, product demos, and client calls.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and market research activities.
  • Address client queries and provide prompt resolutions or escalate as needed.
