Job Title:Technical Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales Engineer / Business Proposal Engineer

Location:Mumbai (Sakinaka Junction, near Metro Station)

Industry:EPC / Engineering Manufacturing

Experience Required:2 to 5 years in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Business Proposals, Quotation preparation, etc. with an engineering company. Freshers with sound engineering knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Salary:4.0 LPA 7.0 LPA (depending on experience, qualification, and current salary)

Job Role

As aTechnicalSales Coordinator / Inside Sales Engineer / Business Proposal Engineer, you will be at the heart of our sales operations. You will be responsible for creating technically sound and commercially attractive proposals, ensuring client requirements are understood and met. You will also analyze market trends, track orders, and support regional sales efforts to enhance customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop technically accurate and commercially competitive proposals to win client projects.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of technical requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, enquiries, and order bookings to support sales strategies.
  • Track proposals, address client concerns promptly, and ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Coordinate with factory teams to manage dispatch schedules and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Prepare and manage all commercial documents required for domestic and international sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to collect, analyze, and report on business performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Mechanical).
  • 25 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or inside sales; freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Female candidates will be preferred for this role.
