Job Description

We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by leveraging inbound leads. Your role involves nurturing and converting leads to clients, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead Management:
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming leads from various channels.
  • Initiate timely follow-ups to move leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Guide leads through the sales process, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of myHQ's offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.
  • Sales Process & Client Management:
  • Utilise a consultative sales approach to align our solutions with the identified needs of leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Provide ongoing support to leads, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the decision-making process.
  • Gather feedback to contribute to the enhancement of our virtual office solutions.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progression in the CRM.
  • Analyse data to optimise the lead nurturing and conversion process.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and improve the overall lead management process.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications / Experience We Require

  • 1-4 years proven work experience in inside sales via lead management and conversion
  • Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledge
  • Self-motivated with a result driven approach
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Preferably, good knowledge and experience working on a CRM
  • Humble, hard working and enthusiasm to make an impact
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering or any other field is preferred
