About The Role
We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Inside Sales Associate who knows how to open doors, build pipeline, and close deals — without needing hand-holding. You'll own the full inside sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and handing off (or closing) across merchant segments including enterprises, government bodies, educational institutions, and regulated businesses.
This is not a call-centre role. You'll be selling a sophisticated B2B fintech product to decision-makers who expect you to know what you're talking about.
What You'll Do
- Own lead pipeline — prospect, qualify, nurture, and convert
- Execute outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) with sharp, personalised messaging and templates
- Run discovery calls to uncover pain points and map them to SabPaisa product capabilities
- Coordinate with Marketing on re-engagement campaigns and inbound lead follow-up
- Maintain CRM hygiene — update deals, activity logs, and pipeline forecasts accurately
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings, demos, and conversions
- Provide ground-level market feedback to help refine positioning and messaging
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments
- Proven ability to independently source and close SMB/mid-market accounts
- Strong phone and written communication — clear, crisp, no rambling
- Comfortable talking to CFOs, business owners, and IT heads
- Working knowledge of payment ecosystems (PGs, NACH, UPI, POS) is a strong advantage
- CRM experience (any — Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is expected, not a bonus
- High ownership mindset — you track your own numbers without being chased
