Job Role
Designation- Associate-Inside Sales
Location-Ahmedabad WFO (Night shift- No cab facilities. Night shift allowance will be provided)
Role Summary
We are looking for motivated and articulate Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling pre-qualified leads, understanding client needs, and selling digital advertising solutions offered by Giant Media Online. This role is focused on conversion, not cold calling all leads will be provided by the company.
reporting to the Inside Sales Team Lead, who will guide, coach, and support the success.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with assigned leads via phone, email, to understand their requirements.
Pitch relevant digital advertising solutions and products of Giantmedia
Build relationships with potential clients and guide them through the sales funnel.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and activity in the CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner to maximize conversions.
Collaborate with your Team Lead and other departments (like marketing or campaign ops) for smooth onboarding.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Experience
03 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or client acquisition ideally in SaaS, or media sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up discipline and CRM usage.
Ability to quickly understand client needs and match them with the right advertising solution and ability to do the RFQ's
Highly organized and performance-driven mindset. And able to work in pressure
