Bhanzu's vision is to create the most thoughtfully developed math curriculum using personalized AI-aided methodology, which builds confidence in students by enabling them to apply math in the real world.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients and partners. The associate will also be involved in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

• Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills
• Excellent Presentation Skills and ability to deliver impactful Presentations
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the education or edtech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
