Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate at our Mambalam location. Primary responsibilities include engaging with prospective students and parents, identifying their educational needs, and guiding them toward enrollment in Aakash programs. The role involves generating and following up on leads, maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Inside Sales Associate will collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction while promoting Aakash's mission and offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential customers into satisfied clients.
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive client experiences and build strong relationships.
  • Experience with Account Management to maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet performance goals.
  • Familiarity with the education industry is a plus.
