Job Title: Sales & Marketing Associate
Company Introduction: Lush Greens mission is to become a recognized leader in our target
market for providing an array of the world's finest quality tea blends, including Green Tea, CTC Tea, Black Tea, Iced Tea, and more. The teas are sourced from the best tea gardens of Darjeeling & Assam and blended with premium natural spices and flowers. We are a 2-year-old startup aiming for exceptional growth this financial year & beyond.
Role Summary: We are looking for a driven Inside Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for
generating leads, converting clients, managing online sales channels, and supporting brand growth across B2B and D2C platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales: Lead generation via Google Maps, calls, LinkedIn, email outreach; convert B2B
clients; achieve sales targets. Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closing and relationship management.
Marketing: Create AI-based content; manage product listings; handle social media; run email
campaigns; gather insights.
Requirements: Strong communication (Hindi & English), comfortable with calls, must have
personal phone & laptop.
KPIs: Monthly revenue, lead conversions, marketplace sales growth, and social media growth.
Salary & Incentives: Internship (3 months): ■8,000/month; Full-time: ■25,000/month + incentives.
Work Details: Siliguri (Hybrid), Mon–Sat (alt Saturdays), 10 AM – 6 PM.
