Role Overview:The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client interactions, and achieving sales targets for modular kitchens and cubicle solutions. This role requires a strong focus on field sales, client relationship management, and end-to-end sales conversion. The candidate will actively engage with walk-in clients, conduct site visits, coordinate with architects and builders, and ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to project closure.
Key Responsibilities:· Generate leads through field visits, site visits, references, and local networking.
· Visit residential and commercial sites to identify potential clients.
· Develop contacts with builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
· Participate in exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional activities.
· Ensure consistent pipeline generation to meet monthly targets.
2. Client Interaction & Requirement Understanding· Attend walk-in clients at the showroom and explain product offerings.
· Understand client requirements, space availability, and budget.
· Conduct site visits for measurements and requirement analysis.
· Educate clients on modular kitchen designs, cubicles, materials, and finishes.
3. Sales Presentation & Pitching· Present product designs, layouts, and solutions in coordination with the design team.
· Explain product features, pricing, and value proposition clearly.
· Customize offerings based on client needs and preferences.
· Handle objections and provide suitable solutions.
4. Follow-ups & Conversion· Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
· Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective negotiation and relationship building.
· Ensure timely closure of deals and achievement of conversion targets.
· Maintain a structured follow-up system (calls, messages, meetings).
5. Target Achievement· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
· Maintain high conversion ratios and revenue generation.
· Ensure consistent performance in both field and showroom sales.
6. Coordination with Design & Execution Teams· Coordinate with the design team for layout preparation and finalization.
· Ensure proper handover of confirmed projects with complete details.
· Follow up with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
7. Client Relationship Management· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
· Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
· Generate repeat business and referrals.
8. Reporting & CRM Management· Maintain daily reports of client visits, leads, and follow-ups.
· Update CRM or tracking sheets with accurate data.
· Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
· Track lead status, closures, and pending cases.
9. Market Intelligence· Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and trends.
· Share market feedback with management.
· Identify new opportunities for business expansion.
10. Payment & Documentation Follow-up· Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and payments as per company policy.
· Coordinate with clients for documentation, approvals, and agreements.
11. Additional Responsibilities· The employee may be assigned additional duties as required by management for business growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
· 1–4 years of experience in sales (modular kitchen, furniture, interior, or real estate preferred)
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
· Ability to understand technical aspects of kitchen/interior solutions
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
· Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
