Job Description

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements. Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers place online with everything they need.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients.
  • Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
  • Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
  • Keep prospective client database updated
  • Interact on various relevant interest groups on LinkedIn and other forums for lead
  • generation / brand awareness
