Position: Inside Sales Associate

Location: Noida

Role Type: Full Time

We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity & provides exposure to the entire sales & marketing ecosystem. You'll work on real projects, gain international exposure, and contribute to impactful initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Research

  • Design and implement primary & secondary research projects
  • Identify business opportunities and potential customers
  • Cold call customers for feedback & demo appointment booking

Marketing Analytics

  • Create visual reports & presentations for stakeholders
  • Support proposal and presentation development
  • Assist with sales & marketing administrative tasks

Marketing & Promotions

  • Support promotional campaigns and activities
  • Manage & monitor company social media accounts
  • Design brochures (French & English) and create digital content

Sales & Market Development

  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and webinars
  • Build and qualify lead pipelines through calls & inquiries
  • Track customer satisfaction and support sales events
  • Handle customer quote requests & queries

Desired Candidate Profile / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/ master's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, inside sales, or business development roles
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings, product demos, and business development activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to CRM tools is an advantage
  • Creative mindset with ability to design basic promotional content
  • Good analytical and research skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with customers
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
