Responsibilities:
Discovery & Qualification:
- Conduct structured discovery calls with healthcare executives and decision-makers from Marketing campaigns or inbound interest.
- Identify key business challenges, care-delivery gaps, and digital transformation needs relevant to Innovaccer's platform.
- Apply qualification frameworks such as BANT and MEDDIC along with AI-driven insights to assess opportunity fit.
Value Communication & Engagement:
- Communicate Innovaccer's value proposition clearly and persuasively during early-stage conversations.
- Use conversational AI tools to research prospects, personalize outreach, and summarize discovery outcomes.
- Create curiosity and interest that drives deeper sales engagement.
Collaboration with Sales:
- Seamlessly transition qualified prospects to Account Executives or Regional Sales Directors.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, share market feedback, and co-develop campaigns.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, ensuring visibility into opportunity progression and next steps.
Data, Insights & AI-Enabled Productivity:
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Salesforce Einstein, Outreach AI, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Copilot to enhance productivity.
- Draft personalized outreach messages and call follow-ups using AI-driven recommendations.
- Summarize discovery calls and generate actionable insights for sales teams.
- Automate prospect research, persona identification, and account intelligence.
- Experiment with AI workflows to continuously improve efficiency, personalization, and sales performance.
