Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Chennai

Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in Telecalling/ Telesales in any industry

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to manage outbound sales calls, engage with existing customers, and support the sales process end to end. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, target-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Handle end-to-end telesales activities, including outbound sales calls and customer support for existing clients

·        Reach out to existing customers to inform them about company products and services

·        Clearly explain product/service features and benefits while addressing customer queries

·        Understand customer requirements by asking relevant questions and close sales effectively

·        Coordinate with the field sales team and share qualified leads when required

·        Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM/database

·        Process customer orders efficiently and ensure accuracy

·        Handle customer concerns and grievances professionally to maintain the company's reputation

·        Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets

·        Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and sales outcomes

 

Desired Candidate Profile

·        Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or Telecaller

·        Strong communication and persuasion skills

·        Ability to quickly learn and explain products and services

·        Proficiency in English and at least one regional language (Tamil / Telugu/Hindi/ Malayalam)

·        Good negotiation and objection-handling skills

·        Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner

·        Results-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude

 

Educational Qualification

·        12th Standard (PUC / HSC / Equivalent) – Mandatory
