Job Title: Senior IT Recruiter (Hardcore Technical Hiring)

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Experience Required: 3+ years in end-to-end IT recruitment

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior IT Recruiter who is passionate about finding top IT talent. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the technology landscape, experience hiring for niche IT roles, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality candidates under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment across domains like Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Applications.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and formulate tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Drive and manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of strong tech talent for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Use ATS and recruitment tools to track metrics and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Keep up with industry trends, new technologies, and competitive talent landscape.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and help improve team sourcing and assessment capabilities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hardcore technical recruitment.
  • Expertise in hiring for software engineering, full-stack, data science, cloud, DevOps, and emerging tech roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, Monster, GitHub, Stack Overflow.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Zoho, Lever, Greenhouse).
  • Excellent understanding of tech stacks, software lifecycles, and role-specific requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in hiring for product-based companies or high-growth startups.
  • Certifications in technical recruitment, LinkedIn sourcing, or HR analytics are a plus.

Reporting To: Recruitment Manager / Talent Acquisition Head

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred or maximum 15 days
