- Proven experience in US IT recruitment.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (within United States of America).
- Focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent using platforms like LinkedIn and Dice.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, understanding W2/C2C requirements, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to meet client needs.
- Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain strong talent pools for ongoing requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
