- Sourcing & Screening: Proactively identify candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and Boolean searches; conduct thorough screenings for technical and cultural fit.
- Hiring Process Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer/onboarding process.
- System & Market Maintenance: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage pipelines and provide market intelligence on salary trends
