We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager with strong expertise in network administration, infrastructure project management, and IT procurement. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in managing Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, and capable of leading end-to-end IT infrastructure initiatives aligned with business goals.
Here's what you will get to explore:
Infrastructure & Network Management
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and scalable LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless, and cloud-connected environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot multi-platform systems including Windows Server, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL).
- Manage firewalls, switches, routers, and IP addressing schemes.
- Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance through proactive monitoring and optimization.
IT Administration
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, group policies, patch management, and endpoint protection tools.
- Oversee data backup, disaster recovery planning, and BCP drills.
Project & Vendor Management
- Lead IT infrastructure upgrade projects (e.g., office expansion, data center migration, hybrid cloud).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for the procurement of hardware, software, licenses, and IT services.
- Manage vendor SLAs and maintain procurement records and AMCs.
Purchase & Budgeting
- Plan, forecast, and track IT budgets, license renewals, and contract negotiations.
- Prepare RFQs/RFPs and evaluate quotations for IT products and services.
Team Management & Support
- Lead a small team of IT support engineers.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and user requests.
- Implement ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent.
- 710 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, firewalls, and routing/switching (Cisco, Palo Alto, Sophos, or equivalent).
- Proven expertise in Windows Server, macOS, and Linux administration.
- Experience with procurement cycles, asset management, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving, project planning, and documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- CCNA / CCNP
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server / Azure Administrator
- IT Security or Cybersecurity
- ITIL Foundation
