Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – IT to lead the design and implementation of smart home solutions for our upcoming senior living community. The role requires expertise in IoT, networking, and vendor management, combined with strong project leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the smart living technology roadmap.
- Oversee deployment of Wi-Fi-enabled IoT devices and smart home systems.
- Identify and engage vendors for IoT, networking, and automation solutions.
- Manage project timelines, and implementation progress.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Act as liaison between leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
- 9/6 working hours (All Saturdays working).
- Ready to work in the client's place.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in infrastructure, IoT, or smart home technology projects.
- Maintain FortiGate Firewall policies / Tunnels / VPNs.
- Knowledge of working in small data centres.
- Knowledge in Domain renewals and creation.
- Strong knowledge of IoT ecosystems, Wi-Fi networks, smart platforms and related applications
- Proven experience in vendor management and large-scale implementations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or residential real estate is a plus.
