High proficiency in integrations support for Fieldglass Single handedly support issues in Fieldglass with any of its integrated systems
Primarily experienced in Fieldglass and able to support its integrations with ERP systems
Configure new company codes under Fieldglass Perform any configuration changes
Perform end to end functional testing for any ERP upgrades
Troubleshoot any issues in any of the business functionality
Perform testing for Fieldglass major releases
Proficiency in communication with vendor and stakeholders
Mentor team members to upskill in Fieldglass and assist with invoices and work order reconciliation issues
