Job Title: IT Executive

Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

About Role:

IT Executive will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems. Also for monitoring network usage and health status in compliance with security policies, perform preventive maintenance and identifying IT security vulnerabilities in the organization's network.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation of windows operating system and software
• Configuration of Router, Access Point, Cable Laying, Crimping
• Setup workstation, printers and LAN
• Networking, Server Administration and IP Addressing
• Email Configurations and Domain Setup
• Maintaining and managing all types of IT Inventory (Hardware & Software)
• Solving issues related to Servers, Firewalls, Routers & Switches
• IT Security Management (Cameras & Biometric devices)
• User management & Helpdesk Administration
• Handling all issues related to desktop, laptops and printers

Skills Required:

• Excellent IT, communication, leadership and management skills
• Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously
• Proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity

Qualifications: B.Tech/ BCA/ IT Diploma/ CCNA with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. (Freshers are also eligible with good technical skills)
