Job Description
We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive with 1.5 to 2+ years of hands-on experience in the influencer and creator space. Someone who understands how campaigns actually come together, from creator identification and scripting to shoot coordination and brand compliance. You'll be managing brand collaborations, creator relationships, developing collaboration strategies, and working directly with brand teams to execute campaigns end-to-end.
This isn't a just send the brief and wait role. You'll be in the thick of it, shaping content direction, managing timelines, giving internal script feedback, and making sure deliverables hit the mark.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, from creator shortlisting and outreach to content delivery and reporting
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and brand team POCs
- Internalizing content briefs, scripts, and creative directions that balance brand objectives with authentic creator voice
- Coordinating shoot schedules, deliverables, and timelines across multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Identifying and onboarding new creators across metro and Tier 2 markets
- Tracking campaign performance, pulling insights, and presenting reports to clients
- Staying plugged into social media trends, platform updates, and what's working in the creator economy
- Collaborating with internal teams on strategy, ideation, and new brand pitches
What We're Looking For (Experience)
- 1.5 to 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, and brand partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Experience working with Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty, or Parenting brands (bonus if you've done all of these)
- Comfortable working with analytics tools to track and report on campaign KPIs

You actively help curate brands worth reaching out to and think about how we can pitch smarter.
You're proactive, not reactive - You flag issues before they become problems. You suggest improvements without being asked. You come with solutions, not just questions.
You manage your time like a pro - Multiple campaigns, multiple creators, multiple brand teams, all running simultaneously. You know how to prioritize, you don't let things slip through the cracks, and you communicate timelines clearly.
You bring your network to the table - If you've built brand relationships or creator connections in your previous roles, we want to know about it. Whether it's brand POCs you can introduce us to, creator contacts you can tap into, or agency relationships you can leverage, we value people who come with a rolodex and aren't starting from scratch. Your connections are an asset, and we want to grow together by combining what we've each built.
