This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi for an Influencer Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, including identifying and engaging with influencers, negotiating contracts, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content. The Influencer Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing campaign data, providing insights to optimize future partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to align influencer strategies with the company's broader marketing goals.

• Experience in influencer management, campaign execution, and influencer outreach
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, audience engagement, and emerging digital trends
• Skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management with influencers and stakeholders
• Analytical skills for campaign performance analysis and data-driven decision-making
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus
