Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, enthusiastic, and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive our influencer marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with influencers in our product category, helping to share the Techie story with a broader audience. You will work directly with influencers to promote our brand, negotiate pricing, and track the success of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with influencers who align with our product offerings (laptop accessories such as batteries, chargers, cooling pads, Hubs, and cables) and brand vision.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Explain the Techie brand, our vision, and product benefits to influencers, helping them create authentic content.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, pricing, and deliverables with influencers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and track ROI, providing insights and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the content and social media teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and platforms to grow our influencer marketing strategy month over month.
  • Analyze results of influencer collaborations and report on the performance metrics to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to brainstorm new ways to leverage influencers in creative and impactful ways.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for social media trends and a keen eye for identifying influencer potential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
