Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Influencer / Creator Marketing Executive to manage and grow our gaming creator ecosystem across titles like BGMI and Honor of Kings. The candidate will be responsible for creator onboarding, campaign execution, performance tracking, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creator Management
  • Identify, onboard, and manage gaming content creators (YouTube / Instagram / Live streamers).
  • Maintain regular communication and build long-term relationships with creators.
  • Coordinate content deliverables, timelines, and campaign briefs.
  • Support new creator acquisition for micro and mid-tier segments.

  • Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns for game launches, updates, and events.
  • Ensure timely content publishing and guideline adherence.
  • Manage giveaways, in-game rewards, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.

  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Track campaign performance metrics (Views, PCV, Engagement, Reach, etc.).
  • Prepare weekly and campaign reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor creator performance trends and identify rising creators.
  • Collect and compile qualitative community feedback.

  • Data & Operations
  • Maintain creator databases, trackers, and reporting sheets.
  • Support bulk outreach via email / social platforms.
  • Assist in creator events, tournaments, and livestream activations.
